In 2011 about 80% of what is sent to landfill sites in the Greater Edmonton Area could be recycled.  Ever Green Ecological Services Inc. makes recycling and waste removal easy with curb side pick up for residents and commercial front load and roll off bins for business.

Our passion and focus is displayed through our No Waste Program.  It is all about re-direction and diversion.  Ever Green uses its resources to send your waste to sites and businesses that recapture the value from your unwanted discards.  We provide guidance on general sorting with 3 programs.

A recycling program is the key to reducing and re-using.  A wide array of stuff you don’t want is sent to our Materials Recovery Facility (MRF).  We sort it and redirect it to where it has value extracted.

Fibre is extracted from paper products.  This means just about any kind of paper.  Fibre extraction processes are continually being improved, giving nature more time to grow.

Natural resources like tin are finite.  It just makes sense to responsibly re-use as much of this as possible.

The organic items are processed in our recycle program to generate power, recapture water and leave a by-product that is good for the earth through land rejuvenation and reclamation. 

Plastics are made from petroleum.  By recycling, we are diverting this petroleum to better uses and reducing the impact of our carbon footprint.  This is an effective way to reduce the demand on oil.

Our “Big Bin Events” help you deal with large items like appliances, furniture, and electronics.  The roll off bins are key for companies engaged in the LEEDS (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) programs; attaining high recycle levels from commercial construction and demolition sites.

Ever Green helps businesses and municipalities (residents) track the effectiveness of your waste program. Your present waste disposal program is graphed to show where your waste goes.  Then we help you develop a diversion program that is simple, cost effective and generates a return for you.  The benefit from this means different things to different to people and could be time or money, the earth, power generation or enhanced revenue stream from repeat customers.

This tracking and diversion process leads to sustainable purchasing for business.  Our transfer station reduces the time our trucks need to spend on the road burning fuel.  Our automated curb side pick up improves safety and reduces strain on waste handlers.
